Course description
Help your clients understand the laws regarding assistance animals, whether they are owners, tenants, buyers or sellers of Common Interest Developments (CIDs).

In this three (3) hour course you’ll gain a working knowledge of the federal and state fair housing and other anti-discrimination laws regarding assistance animals, and the rights and obligations of home owner associations and the individual unit owners, and landlords and their tenants.
